missingWrote a review on Dec 01friendly staffclean roomgood breakfastpool cleanliness
Check-in was super smooth. The young lady at the front desk handled my reservation changes quickly, showing appreciation for my patience after Expedia's mix-up. The room felt clean and spacious, perfect for a quick overnight stay. I loved the strong Wi-Fi connection and enjoyed the breakfast options. They had a variety like waffles and nuts for oatmeal, which was a delightful surprise. I did notice the pool area needed some attention. It had trash and a few wasp nests scattered about, which detracted from the overall atmosphere. But despite that, my stay here was enjoyable, and the friendly staff made a big difference.

this hotel is just not what it claims to be. the breakfast area is way too small for the crowds, leading to long lines, not what i expected from a place that touts 'guest satisfaction. ' plus, being rudely awakened at 11:30 PM by a nonexistent pizza delivery was the cherry on top. almost considered giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

missingWrote a review on Nov 21poor lighting
Electrical outlets by the beds were out of order, leading to some inconvenience. The lighting in the room was insufficient, forcing the use of a cell phone flashlight. Breakfast could use an extended timeframe, as many guests aren't early risers. it only wraps up by 9 AM. Overall, few amenities, including an underwhelming pool that felt more decorative than functional.

The breakfast variety was impressive, especially with
the addition of bacon and fresh fruit, making it one of the best we've had in a while. The room was clean and comfortable, but I did notice some wear on the carpet, which could use an upgrade.

The location of Best Western is convenient, right off the PA turnpike, making it easy to access. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. I also appreciated that the bathroom appeared recently remodeled, which added a nice touch. Additionally, the breakfast options were above average, particularly with the availability of waffles.
I encountered a few maintenance issues, such as a bathroom sink that would not drain properly.

We enjoyed the spacious room, and the variety at breakfast was a hit with my two teenagers. The location was perfect for heading to nearby attractions, including the famous car shows in Carlisle, which made for some family fun.
My kids wished for more kid-friendly breakfast options.

We explored the local attractions and checked out the pool, which looked nice and clean. The breakfast spread was decent with hot and cold items available, a great way to start our busy days. We also hit up Monkey Joe's for some fun, perfect for a laugh. The location is convenient, making it easy to enjoy all the nearby events.
While my experience was mostly positive, we did have to switch rooms late at night due to a noisy fridge. It was a bit inconvenient, but the staff handled it well, offering us a new room right away.

Not recommended for families
The desk clerk was kind enough to give us another room after our initial one was unacceptable, but honestly it wasn't much better. They only clean the rooms after guests leave, so we had roaches crawling around and my kids were scared.
It wasn't exactly cheap either for the subpar experience we had, pretty frustrating.

I had a very pleasant stay at Best Western Carlisle. The room was clean and quiet, which is crucial for someone like me who is a light sleeper. Plus, the decor and towels were of better quality than I expected. The breakfast was delightful, featuring multiple options and some nice extras like raisins and nuts for oatmeal.
The sign outside could be larger.
